Both parties must present valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to verify their identity and prove they meet the age requirement. For those getting married at 16 or 17 with parental consent, you will also need to present a certified copy of an Emancipation Order or a notarized Clerk’s Office parental consent form. You will also need your parent or legal guardian’s ID, or have them present at the appointment.
